Jason Murphy - Director, Consulting Services (& Quality Manager)
Founding the company in 2005, Jason has led numerous consulting assignments across Queensland Government (primarilly healthcare) as well as led the development of applications. Jason has significant experience in merging client and supplier methodologies in large-scale COTS system implementations prioritising professionalism, business readiness and organisational change. Jason is focused on delivering strong leadership and practical governance frameworks through innovative and pragmatic utilisation and tailoring of industry standards and project management methodologies e.g. PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programs (MSP) and Portfolio, Program, Project Management (P30). Jason is a portfolio management professional with skills in project reporting, project prioritisation, program/project startup, project management standards and guidance, project management capability improvement, risk, issue, change and dependency management.
Troy O'Neill - Principal Consultant, Consulting Services
Since joining the business in 2013, Troy has assisted a variety of public and private organisations optimise their Portfolio, Program and Project management approaches. Troy is a recognised Portfolio, Program and Project Management professional. Troy has formal qualifications in PRINCE2 approach to project management, Managing Successful Programs (MSP) and Portfolio, Program, Project Management (P30). Troy has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Project Management (PMBOK) from the University of California, Berkeley.

Keera joined the company in 2010 initiailly in the role of Office Manager. As Keera is a natural connector, she is now responsible for aligning and introducing our people and services to prospective clients in the role of Business Development Manager. Keera works tirelessly to ensure an exceptional cultural and service fit for our clients. Keera is the primary contact for our prospective clients navigating client and Consultant diaries to ensure Analyze IT can meet with you at your convenience whilst minimising the impacts on our active Consulting engagements.
Keera also provides day-to-day administration for the consulting and software development lines of business providing human resources, financial management and support to the team. Keera's background is in Education Training and Assessment which also supports the Training services line of business.
